About us

Our main goal is to make it easier for people to access mental health services and the dedicated professionals who provide them, anywhere in India. Our directory lists clinical professionals, psychiatrists and treatment centers who provide mental health services all over India.

Our app also contains extensive directories of NGO's, helplines, organisations and initiatives that are working to help individuals with mental health issues as well as reduce the deeply embedded stigma around the same. We believe in aiding users in improving their overall well being, hence we also provide contact information of various Yoga and Meditation centres across the nation, as well as journaling platform where users can keep their very own online diary.

We at With You; For You aim to be the one stop shop for all your mental health needs. We believe that with the right kind of support, anyone can begin their journey towards healing.


Our Mission

Our mission revolves around educating the public regarding various mental health issues, the process of therapy and the various aspects of therapy.

We wish to empower all individuals by facilitating access to mental health professionals, mental health organisations, yoga and meditation centres and many more aspects which contribute towards an individual’s well being.

We challenge all the stereotypes, myths and stigmas that surround mental health issues and treatments that prevent people from getting help.


Our Vision

We envision a community wherein an individual’s mental health is seen as being just as important as an individual’s physical health.

We envision a community where mental health isn’t a stigmatised topic, the stereotypes, myths and stigma around mental health cease to exist.

We envision a world in which all people have access to information and treatment that can help them improve their mental and emotional health and thus lead to happier and healthier lives.

Therefore, we created the daily task features in which you’re given a new exciting activity to do every single day. We believe that sharing our experiences regarding our own mental health journey’s goes a long way in reducing the stigma around mental health. Use our stories of healing features to read countless stories about people’s battle with their mental health and how, despite all the obstacles, they’ve managed to come out on top. Apart from people’s own personal struggles with mental health, you’ll find poems, artwork and many other creative pieces revolving around mental health and psychology on our platform.

Our newly added feature also allows users to directly share their own stories and artwork on our platform, so that you too can inspire others with your story.
